Digital Product Policy

BrainIQ Test provides a digital cognitive assessment service. Upon completing the payment, your detailed IQ analysis PDF report is generated and delivered to your email address instantly. As a digital product, the service is fully rendered at the moment of delivery.

Refund Conditions

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our product and the fact that the PDF report is delivered immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds. Once the report has been generated and sent, the service is considered fully delivered.

Exceptional Circumstances

If you did not receive your report due to a technical issue on our end, please contact us. We will either resolve the issue and deliver your report or provide a full refund if we are unable to deliver the product.
